Personal Training

Led by Fitness Director Amy Wilson (TPI Certified), our training program is built around personalized performance. Specializing in golf-specific fitness and functional training, Amy helps members improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being—on and off the course.

Group Fitness Classes

Level: Beginner

A basic mat Pilates class that focuses on strengthening and lengthening your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.  Wednesdays at 8:15AM.
Level: Beginner
A beginner yoga and stretch class designed of stretching and positional exercises derived from this discipline to promote good health, fitness, and control of mind.  Fridays at 12:00PM.
