Personal Training

Our club fitness director will motivate and instruct individuals through specialized workouts to achieve their own fitness goals.

Golf Training

Along with our director of instruction Jason Edmiston, the LVCC is the only private club in the surrounding six states that have a Fitness Level 3, Golf level 3, and Junior Level 3 for TPI.  

Group Fitness Classes

Level: Advanced

An intense cardio and strength workout, made up of drills and circuits to increase strength, power, and endurance.  While intense, there are exercise modifications and options for those that need them.  Tuesdays at 6:00AM.
Level: Beginner

A basic mat Pilates class that focuses on strengthening and lengthening your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.  Wednesdays at 8:15AM.
Level: Beginner
A beginner yoga and stretch class designed of stretching and positional exercises derived from this discipline to promote good health, fitness, and control of mind.  Fridays at 12:00PM.
A beginner-intermediate class that only utilizes body weight as resistance and concentrates on restoring and maintaining function of the body.  Developed by Dr. Tom House for golfers and athletes alike, Functional Fitness will strengthen, stretch, and build stamina with no shock on your joints.  Mondays at 8:15AM.
